All of the company's machined products are manufactured to quality assured standard BS EN ISO 9001 at our factory in West Sussex. Castings, forgings and items such as specialised bearings and fabric sealing parts are manufactured by sub-contractors using Ram Pumps' pattern equipment, tooling or designs while adhering to our strict quality standards and control.
Our highly experienced design staff use computer aided parametric draughting equipment to produce all designs and modifications. These designs are inspected and passed by our planning and quality assurance engineers before they reach the shopfloor.
Our factory is staffed with a team of specialised personnel who take great pride in their dedication to the production of a high quality product. Ram Pumps not only produces the pumps but also constructs complete "pump packages" that are ready for delivery and installation at a client's site.
